At the top of this page are current listings of University Endowment Condos for Sale in each of the six residential University Endowment neighbourhoods. Each of these neighbourhoods in University Endowment Lands – Hampton Place, East Campus, Hawthorn Place, Chancellor Place, Lelem Village, and Wesbrook Village – has a distinctive personality and unique characteristics.
Hampton Place University Endowment is the first residential development on campus. UBC Properties Trust started building Hampton Place in the early 1990s.
East Campus is closest to UBC Dental School, Medical School, and Pharmacy School. It is also next to University Village. University Village Food Court is where all the UBC students go for lunch and buy food. Besides food, you can find other services and shops including University Pharmacy UBC, Medical & Dental Clinic, Bank, Staples, and Starbucks.
Wesbrook Village is the newest residential development along the Wesbrook Mall on the south side of the UBC Campus. University Hill Secondary School, Save-on-Foods, and Wesbrook Village Community Centre are all located in the Wesbrook Village.
The neighbourhoods are micro-communities in themselves. They all joined in context and community with the larger UBC Campus area that lies to the west of Vancouver. The current total UBC population is over 60,000 residents.
